Remove Individual Students From Activities

Greetings Script family!

 

We understand that things are always changing when it comes to facilitating your school. While that qualifies as the understatement of the year - we also know that making changes to the rosters for Activities is a very real activity for your entire team. Now, you can remove students from a published Activity without having to make changes to a pre-determined group.

Often enough, a parent reaches out to you and explains that their student will not be participating in a specific Activity. To prevent that parent from receiving notifications about the Activity - including notifications about cost and due dates, follow the easy steps below. ⬇️

 

After you've logged into Script - locate the specific Activity in question and also the specific student you wish to remove from it.

On the right-hand side, you'll find three dots indicating more options. Give it a click.

Simply select the option "Remove Student," and you're done!

 

Just like everything else with Script - making individual changes to your Activity's student roster is easy!
