Now that you've registered, set up your password and logged into Script - it's time that you got familiar with your home page: The To-Do list!.
The home screen of the Script app for you is the To-Do List. This is a complete list of any and all activities, one-time fees and recurring fees.
Activities: Field trips, events, club meetings, etc.
One-time Fees: T-Shirts, yearbooks, etc.
Recurring Fees: Before-care, aftercare, club dues, etc.
By selecting any one of the three activity types -
You can see the details and requirements.
After selecting an activity, you can view the details - Date, location, and cost information
Next, select the student's you'd like to sign/pay for from the list of eligible students
Only if this event is offering more than one meal option - this is where you'll make a choice
Nearly done! Read through the school's permission slip - and sign!
Final step - review the payment information from the Checkout and select "Place Order" when you're done!
There are fewer steps to reviewing fees when compared to activities because elements like meal options and permission slips aren't included. The process begins the same way - select a fee you want to pay
You'll then be able to see the description and payment details
Select the student you're paying the fee for
Add to your cart, and review the payment details before selecting "Checkout Now." Double-check the payment information at the Checkout and select "Place Order" - and you're done!
Like everything else with Script - reviewing and processing purchases of activities and fees on the Script app is a breeze!
