Create a new Payment Period

Payment periods allow you to categorize a specific billing based on a set period of time. For example, your school may send out a bill for aftercare or VPK every week. By using Script's "Recurring Fees" you can set up payment periods for any set amount of time that fits your specific needs.

Once in your recurring fee, you can see and manage all of your payment periods on the right side of the screen. From this list you can cycle through each pay period to review students, billable revenue, and total revenue.

To create a new payment period click the "add" button in the top right of the header.

Here you can add the details of your new payment period. Once you have set the payment period dates and payment due date you can finalize the payment period by hitting the save button.
